Project Scope
Design and build of a multi-purpose biotech facility combining BSL-2 containment laboratories with ISO 7 cell-therapy manufacturing suites. The project required careful zoning of negative-pressure containment rooms and positive-pressure aseptic production areas within the same building.

- Dual-corridor (clean/dirty) layout for unidirectional personnel and material flow
- Negative-pressure BSL-2 labs with HEPA-filtered exhaust
- Positive-pressure ISO 7 GMP suites for cell processing
- Passed CDE certification on first submission
