Our in-house installation teams handle every trade: structural steelwork, panel erection, HVAC ductwork, piping, electrical, BMS wiring, flooring, and finishing. Single-source responsibility eliminates coordination gaps and accelerates handover.
Installation Process
- Pre-construction meeting β Detailed method statements, RAMS, and quality plan
- Structural works β Steel framing, raised floors, ceiling grids
- Envelope β Sandwich panel walls, ceilings, doors, windows, coving
- MEP first fix β HVAC ductwork, pipework, electrical conduits
- MEP second fix β FFU/HEPA installation, lighting, power outlets, controls
- Sealing & finishing β Epoxy flooring, silicone sealing, cove application
- Commissioning β HVAC balancing, DOP/PAO HEPA integrity test, airflow visualisation
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001:2015 quality management system applied throughout. All welding, ductwork, and panel installation documented with photographs and inspection reports.
